Meet the Frisco Team Behind Servo Garage Doors Frisco

We’re a Frisco crew, not a dispatch center in another state. When you call Servo Garage Doors Frisco, the person who answers has probably driven past your subdivision this week. We’ve been fixing doors across Frisco, Plano, McKinney, and the surrounding Collin County neighborhoods since 2015, and the people below are the ones who show up at your door. They’re background-checked, uniformed, and they write the price down before touching a single bolt. That’s Clause 1 of The Haven Standard, and every person on this page works to it. No exceptions, no “well, it ended up being more.”

Our People

Marcus Deller, Owner and Lead Technician

Marcus founded Servo Garage Doors Frisco in 2015 and still runs service calls most weeks. He carries his torque wrench and his camera on every job, because Clause 4 of The Haven Standard says the customer sees the failed part before anyone quotes a replacement. Ask him about the time a torsion spring in Stonebriar snapped at 11 p.m. on a holiday weekend and he’ll tell you the spring’s wire diameter, the cycle count rating, and what it cost to fix, in that order. When he’s not on a ladder, he’s walking the aisles at Home Depot comparing bottom seal profiles or coaching his daughter’s soccer team on Saturday mornings. He’s the reason our trucks carry every common spring size on board.

Daniel R., Senior Installer

Daniel has been hanging garage doors in North Texas for 14 years, the last six with Servo. He’s our go-to for full door replacements and new construction installs, and he can level a 16-foot double door on a slab that’s out by three-quarters of an inch without shimming the track. Daniel is certified on LiftMaster and Chamberlain opener systems and has installed more than 700 doors in Frisco alone. He keeps a photo album on his phone of every house he’s worked on, not for marketing, but because he likes seeing a street come together over the years. Daniel speaks fluent Spanish, which has helped us serve a few dozen families in the Meadows of Frisco who preferred to talk through the work in their first language.

Sarah T., Service Coordinator

Sarah is the voice on the phone at 2 a.m. when your door won’t close and your car is inside. She’s been with Servo since 2018 and knows the dispatch map of Frisco well enough to tell you whether the tech is coming from the 121 corridor or up from Little Elm. She schedules every job, sends the on-the-way text with the named technician, and makes sure the written scope and flat price are ready before the truck rolls. Sarah used to manage a dental office, which is why she’s unreasonably good at calming down people who are having a bad morning. She keeps a running list of the best taco spots in the city and will share it if you ask, though she says the one off Main Street is overrated.

Chris M., Apprentice Technician

Chris joined the team in early 2024 after two years of trade school in Dallas and a stint rebuilding motorcycle engines, which means he already understood torque specs before he ever touched a garage door. He rides along with Marcus or Daniel on every call, handles parts inventory, and is working toward his full technician certification. Chris has a habit of photographing every failed part twice, once for the customer record and once for his own study file. He’s the youngest on the crew and the most likely to explain the difference between a torsion spring and an extension spring to anyone who’ll listen. He wants his own truck by 2026 and he’s on pace for it.

One Standard, Every Job

One Standard, Every Job

The four of us work from the same playbook every single day. The Haven Standard isn’t a poster in the shop; it’s the reason we write the flat price before any work starts, the reason the technician photographs the failed part before quoting the replacement, and the reason you get a documented photo record when we leave. Clause 1 means no “call for a quote” games. Clause 4 means evidence of what we found and what we did. And the 365-Day Done Right Promise means if we got it wrong, we come back and make it right. That promise covers every brand we service, all eight of them: LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Clopay, Amarr, Wayne Dalton, Craftsman, and Raynor. If you bring us a written estimate from another company, we’ll give you a free second opinion on it, no coupon, no code. We show up with the parts, the paperwork, and the price in writing. That’s the whole job.

Call us at (940) 290-8313 and you’ll get Sarah or another live person, not a recording. If it’s an emergency, we answer 24/7, holidays included. And if you’re not sure whether you need us yet, ask for a second opinion on an existing estimate. It costs you nothing.
